Our Sunday Morning
Worship begins at 10:45am and
dismisses about 12:00.
What can we expect?
Florence meets as a church family on Sunday mornings to glorify God and make much of Jesus Christ! We want everything we do to reflect the Good News (Gospel) of Jesus. We do that in a number of different ways each Sunday: praise, prayer, and biblical teaching. We observe the ordinances of the Lord's Supper and Baptism.
What should we wear?
Dress trends toward casual to business casual, though you are encouraged to wear what you are most comfortable in.
Are children allowed in service?
Yes! We place a high value on Families, and we encourage parents to take seriously the spiritual well being of their children. We also acknowledge parents as the primary spiritual influence in their children’s lives, and have seen so much benefit from kids watching their parents in Worship, listening to the Message, and partaking in the Lord's Supper.
Is childcare PROVIDED?
Yes! While we welcome children to be a part of the service, we understand that some are not at the place where they can do so yet. Below are the ages and programs for your children.
Children ages 1-3 may be dropped off in the nursery before service begins.
Children ages 4-10 are encouraged to participate in the main worship gathering when it begins. They will be dismissed by the pastor before the sermon begins and be led by their teachers to their classroom where they will engage in age-appropriate worship activities, including songs and bible teaching.
